Kelly resides in New Richmond, Wisconsin where she enjoys the views of the scenic St. Croix River, gardening, traveling (pictured above is from a trip to Tokyo, Japan!), skating, and sports officiating. She is a long-time volunteer for vision preservation and outreach organizations in her community and nationwide.
As Client Service & Operations Manager, Kelly leads the PrairieView client service team with all areas of client service and operations, including client account maintenance, preparing paperwork and documentation, processing cash withdrawals and contributions, scheduling meetings, and welcoming new clients to the firm.
A native of northeast Indiana, Kelly earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Human Resources Management magna cum laude from Indiana Institute of Technology.
In 2018, she moved to the Twin Cities area from Ohio to manage implementation processes for a large suburban financial services company. Her extensive industry experience encompasses project management, data coordination, retirement plan administration, and investment operations. Kelly completed the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP™) designation in March of 2021.
