During his free time, Dillon likes to write and podcast about sports, watch movies, go to the gym, and experience new restaurants in the Twin Cities. Pictured above is him and his girlfriend, Cat, at a Minnesota United soccer game. He loves watching soccer and always has fun attending sporting events.
Dillon joined the PrairieView Partners team in 2021 as a Senior Portfolio Analyst, and was promoted to Portfolio Manager in 2022. He brings investment experience to the firm from his past investment management roles at U.S. Bank and Wells Fargo. At PrairieView, Dillon applies his expertise to the management of clients’ portfolios.
Dillon earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. In addition, he completed a Certificate in Investment Management. Dillon was selected as one of 13 students for this highly competitive certificate program. The rigorous courses prepared him to properly research investments and manage portfolios. Dillon has passed Level I of the CFA exam and plans to achieve this designation in the future.
Prior to joining PrairieView, Dillon worked for U.S. Bank and Wells Fargo in Portfolio Management roles, as well as serving as an Equity Research Analyst for an advisory firm. These roles helped sharpen Dillon’s investment management knowledge and skills in working with individuals’ and families’ long-term assets.
